I officially founded RŌZE MANAGEMENT in the summer of 2022, bringing my background in marketing, live events, and artist development to the forefront. As a third-generation Woodstock native, I grew up immersed in a community of musicians, builders, small business owners, and creatives — which gave me an instinctive understanding of how vision, culture, and commerce intersect.
After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Manhattan College, with additional studies at the University of Sydney and professional experience abroad, I built a foundation in PR, hospitality, and brand storytelling — including work at the renowned New York institution Dante NYC. These experiences sharpened my ability to translate creative ideas into strategic execution, and I thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
Since launching RŌZE MANAGEMENT, I have expanded into tour management, merch operations, festival production, and social media strategy for artists, podcasts, and live events. I manage advancing, logistics, budgeting, staffing, on-the-ground execution, and digital presence — often wearing multiple hats across production and brand storytelling. My client portfolio spans nationally touring musicians, live venues, creative brands, and independent businesses, where I consistently drive revenue growth, audience engagement, and operational efficiency.
I am known for organizational precision, strong communication, and calm leadership under pressure. Whether overseeing a 1,000-capacity venue merch operation, producing a multi-day festival, or building a long-term brand narrative, I approach each project with clarity, momentum, and creative vision.
At its core, RŌZE MANAGEMENT exists to support artists and entrepreneurs in building sustainable, dynamic platforms for their work — blending strategy with soul, and execution with authenticity.
